Participants undertaking the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment must successfully complete all core units of comeptency plus three electives. The program above represents the program designed by Anntek. However, if your primary role or the role you seek is that of a trainer or assessor, it is not necessary to complete TAEASS502A Design and develop assessment tools. Another elective will need to be selected to replace this unit.
Delivery period/duration
It may take anywhere from three to twelve months to complete the program depending on your current level of knowledge and skill.
Modes of delivery
Anntek offers flexible approaches to your learning including distance based or participation in workshops that will be offered throughout the year. The location and frequency of workshops will be dependent on the needs of Anntek's clients and enrolment numbers. In the future Anntek intends to offer an online learning environment for those participants unable to attend training and who prefer to learnin an online environment.
Assessment
All assessment for this qulaification is completed via a range of written projects and observations of your skills either in the workplace or in simulated environments.

RPL
Recognition of prior leraning is offered to all course participants. Should you believe that you have the encessary skills and knowledge to gain recognition for one or more of the units of competency above, contact Anntek for an application kit. If you have previously completed BSZ40198 Certificate in Assessment and Workplace Training or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment you may be eligible to receive credit and upgrade your qualification.
